Contacted them today to see if they can seal my pavers. And was told they dont work for individuals they only work for builders.

Buyer beware! I had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with this provider through my builder( Viera builders) both companies are not to be trusted to know how to or care to do their jobs correctly. LSP unfortunately had the contract to install all landscaping and irrigation on my property when I built me new home. These people routinely install ornamental beds on the same line as the line to your lawn. This means when your lawn gets irrigated your ornamental beds get more than they are suppose to get with every watering. This makes your irrigation system useless without costly removal and correcting it. This company was too cheap to buy the proper sized irrigation valve boxes so the box eventually ends up breaking the valves inside the box. They install all of the service lines into your ornamental beds. This means every time you replace a plant you are likely to break a line with your shovel. Then they install those lines next to each other so its almost impossible to fix the line without damaging the lines lying right next to it. They installed a palm tree too close to my paver driveway and now it is pushing up my paver driveway and will need to be repaired. My sprinkl

These guys are the most inconsiderate workers I've ever been around. I do siding in the developments they deliver sod to and they are rude and inconsiderate, I'll ask them to back up a couple feet and they ignore me and sit in their trucks for 30 minutes.

This isn’t even a review of the actual work they do. LSP is doing work on new home builds in my neighborhood (St. Andrews Preserve). Today, August 31st, I was taking a run with my dog when all of a sudden one of their vans starts following me really, really slowly. Weird stuff has happened like this before and i know that it unfortunately happens a lot. So I kept going, but when I went a around a loop in my neighborhood, I noticed that the SAME VAN had parked right next to that loop, outside of the neighborhood. Instinctively, I ran away as fast as I could and went another direction home. As I was still running home the vehicle approached me YET AGAIN and slowly drove by while continuing to stare at me. Not only is this extremely inappropriate, I am 16 YEARS OLD. There is no reason for somebody to ever be following someone around, especially a minor. I drive and luckily found the van after my run and took a picture of the van with the license plate number. And to the company: if you know who was working in Saint Andrews Preserve on August 31, 2020 starting around 9:45a.m, I would advise you do something about it.
